Dr. John Muney, a NY doctor, is offering flat rate health care for those without healh insurance for $79 per month. This monthly fee covers unlimited preventive visits as well as on-site free services such as physical therapy, and lab work. So far hi new program has been very succesful as more than 500 people have signed up since September of 2008.
